I used to play pretend in my backyard, and now I do it for a living onstage. Offstage you’ll find me playing games, trying to pet stray cats, chasing my bowling high score (225), catching up with friends, or thrifting.

I grew up in Belton, TX (just point to the middle of a Texas map - you’ll find it), I graduated from Texas State University, and now I’m living in New York City with my wonderful partner.

“Wesson is a free agent and has no shame on stage… it’s inspiring to watch him engage with no restraint and have so much fun while he’s doing it,” are real words from a review, and if that doesn’t sum up my career as a performer, then I don’t know what does. At the end of the day, I want to use everything that I’ve learned in my journey as an artist to have a blast performing, and make sure everyone in the audience does too.

I most recently had a blast playing Orin Scrivello in Little Shop of Horrors, Don in A Chorus Line, and Bobby Child in Crazy For You. Who know’s what will be next?
